Good. Simple. Cheap. Does the trick without breaking the bank.

Definitely a good cheap option. Plastic feels pretty light. Not sure how it will hold up to the stress test of time and elements. Vivid Black matches with my paint. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase. I will see how it plays out over time.

These are great!

They came well packaged and arrived earlier than expected. These were easy to install and look great. Feels great when on the highway running 70 and didn’t effect the handling of my bike. If you get these you can have them on your bike and running down the road within an hour!

Obviously, when you're searching for lower fairings, and not looking to pay the HD premium, you expectations are going to be a bit lower than they might be if you were buying them from HD. I went in with low expectations, but definitely feel like I got my moneys worth in comparison.Installation wasn't too bad, but for the life of me couldn't get the P clamps that came in the kit to fit around the crash guards. I measured them and the bars and they were about an 1/8" too small, so I went and found some elsewhere that were the proper 1-1/4".Fit and finish was good, but not great. The seam between the glossy black fronts and the matte black rears is a bit misaligned in some places, but like I said, I wasn't expecting perfection for what I paid. Unless you're up close looking at them, you're not going to notice. The vents work like the should and the cubbies are nice to be able to keep things in like my gloves and such. The gloss black paint is a good match the Harley gloss black.Unless you feel like you need to spend the extra money, these look good and will do the job just as good as the motor co. lowers will.

I put these on a 2010 Electra Glide Classic.I wanted lowers for my bike, but I didn't want to pay HD prices, so I went with these. My biggest concern was the color match. My bike is painted in the Harley Vivid black, so i was skeptical about the vivid black color option here. That skepticism vanished, though. Even in sunlight, they are indistinguishable from the stock color. They come well packaged in flexible foam wrap, and they came fully assembled with mounting clamps for the lower parts and some extra glove box cover snaps. Installation was simple, which is good because they don't come with instructions. I went in through the glove box and unbolted the 2 bolts in there to free the front piece. The clips that mount on the front piece to recieve those bolts were a little loose and easy to fall off. I suppose this is to increase fitment versatility. I used some silicone adhesive to sure them up. The top of the fairing had a little play in it, but i cut some of the foam wrap and used electrical tape to wrap the portion of my top crash bar where the fairing mounts to. I was worried that it wouldn't be able to fit with the foam on there, but once I tightened the bolts it aligned perfectly and the play was gone. The bottom clamps are wrapped in a rubber coating, and i used a pair of pliers to bend them to get them to fit better. A bolt runs through them and into a hole in the lower part of the fairing, where I attached the washer and nut. It took a little finagling to get it right, but once I tightened down the bolt it fit great with no play. I used blue loctite on all the bolts. I had to adjust the tightness of the vent bolts so that they both operate with the same smoothness. The glove box covers are ok. They are a decent thick rubber and snap into place without a problem. I ordered locking glove box doors, though, and eventually I plan on putting some speakers there anyway. The bike rides fine with them on. I don't notice much of a difference with handling. It might help to get up to highway speed a little bit with the improved aerodynamics, or it might just be wishful thinking. Either way, it does improve comfort. With the vents open, I can ride in shorts and the fairings kept the wind from beating up my legs and they'll help to keep bugs and pebbles from hitting my shins. These will be especially nice in the colder months to keep the cold air from cutting through my jeans, and they're half the price of a good pair of chaps. All in all, the ride is better, the bike looks great, and I'm a satisfied customer.

These Lowers are a GREAT alternative to spendIng $300-400 for OEM or Aftermarket. The quality is “cheaper,” although the quality was not alarming for the price spent on them. In the end, they’re only mean to deflect wind while you ride & improve the look of your bike. The paint had some overspray into the inner part of the lower, but again...not a huge deal. Like one guy mentioned on a review: if you are looking to purchase these as an add on for a show piece...stop being cheap & go buy super quality lowers, otherwise these are fine. The match on (vivid) black was good. No complaints. Installation was a little bit of a pain, but nothing a good man cave session couldn't handle. A little manhandling Was required to get the bottom clip that attaches to the engine guard, but other than that everything works as expected.I did however initially rate this product as a 1 star, because the hardware it came with broke before installation. Although, I contacted customer service & they immediately mailed a replacement part. So thank you to XFMT for treating your customers well.Overall I highly recommend this product.**update** I purchased these for my new 2015 RG Special. Even better experience. They’ve made a few changes to the product & ultimately made it easier to install. Great ourchase

Surprising fast delivery from CA, USA to East Coast of Canada. Was a bit sceptical at first about the product being such a low cost compared to the HD brand fairing. The vivid black was an exact match to my vivid black Street Glide. Fitment was very good. A little work with the lower bolt and band but fit was good. This will fit a 2020 Street Glide and looks very good. Just as good or same as the HD version for much lower cost. Recommend this fairing.

First, I am thoroughly impressed with these inexpensive alternatives! I love them - the color matches very well and the fairings themselves look great, no issues with cheap feel, and install hardware is sufficient. The operation of the vent lever is firm and not cheap feeling. Feel free to contact me if you need help with install.Instructions (based off of the Harley Service Manual):1. Open the glove box, remove the 10mm bolt in the back of the glove box. The cap on the front of the fairing will pop off now - you shouldn't have to fight it, if you do STOP and make sure you removed the correct bolt!2. With the cap off, remove the two 10mm flange nuts and upper clamp. The two studs sticking through are attached to a plastic clamp inside the glove box - remove it.3. Place one of the supplied band clamps around the lower portion of the engine guard. With the holes in the clamp hanging below the engine guard, the flat side should be facing the rear of the bike. You will have to pry it open slightly to get it around the guard. Squeeze it back together some, put a screwdriver in the holes and get them to line up as best as possible - don't jack with it anymore than that!4. Place the fairing in place on the engine guard, put the upper clamp on. The plastic clamp with studs goes inside the glove box through the two holes, then the upper clamp goes around the upper portion of the engine guard, and then the two 10mm flange nuts. HAND TIGHTEN ONLY!!! You will need to adjust the position of the fairing later.5. For the lower clamp of the fairing, place the washer on the bolt and then slide that into the hole in the bottom of the fairing. Rotate the clamp and put the bolt in the holes of the clamp. YOU MAY NEED TO REMOVE THE BOLT AND USE A SCREWDRIVER TO ALIGN ALL THREE HOLES. Get the 13mm nut started on the bolt and when you tighten it that will take care of the rest. HAND TIGHTEN ONLY right now!!6. Now, you'll need to slide the fairing as far away from the engine as possible. Once you do that, tighten the 10mm upper clamp flange nuts to 30-35 INCH-POUNDS. Tighten the lower bolt to 90-100 INCH POUNDS.7. Place the outer cap back on the fairing over the upper clamp. The cap rotates on from the outside in - put the lower corner away from the engine against the fairing and rotate it toward the engine. It should snap in.8. Install the 10mm bolt in the cap, through the glove box. Tighten to 30-35 INCH-POUNDS.9. Repeat on other side.If you don't have a torque wrench and you don't know what 30-35 INCH-POUNDS feels like, once the nut or bolt starts to feel like it's actually tightening, BARELY turn it just to snug it. Just a LITTLE bit tighter than than and you have 100 INCH-POUNDS. I recommend using blue loctite on all nuts and bolts.

Match the bike perfectly. 2019 HD Road Glide. A bit of a pain to install as one nit and bolt is tricky to get on. I dropped it inside several times, which means taking off the fairing again to get nit back, before I was able to finally get it. But I eventually did. If you want to save a couple hundred dollars, there will be sacrifices! But at least “looks” isn’t one of them. These look great.

These fit pretty well. I did read about some people having vibration with the top mounts. I wrapped a thin piece of rubber around the crash bar where the top mount is. This made it fit tight, and there are no vibrations in my 1st 50 miles. The bottom mounts are kind of cheesy. The rubber coated clamps are cheep, and not the best for this application. I got them to work, but you need to bend them. You also need a larger washer to attach the bottom. I bought 2 stainless washers. The vents on the inside a kind of flimsy. They will work fine, it's just not real heavy duty plastic by any means. The snaps on the compartment doors feel as if they'll eventually pull out. There are magnetic doors out there that I've read are good replacements.Appearance - they look perfect. Better than I expected.Overall... If you wanta perfect product, with perfect instructions, perfect hardware.....go buy Harley parts. But for $70 and a little work with the install, these are a great buy
