The huangyunming yoga stick consists of five sturdy steel pipes, each 30cm long and 5 feet in total length. The handle is made of high-quality rubber and has the characteristics of anti slip, durability, comfort, and no odor. Five steel pipes can be assembled into lengths of 60, 90, 120, and 150 centimeters (23.6 inches, 35.4 inches, 47.2 inches, 59 inches). The huangyunming yoga stick has super strong load-bearing capacity and will not easily break or deform. Precise craftsmanship ensures that the joint between two steel pipes does not pinch fingers. We offer a complimentary storage bag for your convenience in carrying and storing.

I love this Huangyunming balance stick. It's easy to assemble and the rubber grips / ends are durable. The stick simply screws together, and you can leave sections out if you need it to be shorter. It's a good weight and I like the design. As I'm getting older, I'm becoming aware that I need to work on my balance and this stick enables me to try things where I'm otherwise maybe not stable enough. About a month ago, I'd thrown my back out and I even used this stick to help me stand and walk a bit. It has many uses and is so easy to store. I'm very happy I ordered this one and I recommend it!

These are perfect! They are the right length. They have very nice handles that are so grippy and this makes these helpful for more than just Yoga. These are great for beginners trying to establish balance or go deeper into poses. Or the same for anyone else or even elders. I think the durability is very high on these the weight shows a very high quality and this design shows the strengths and attributes lasting a long time in my opinion.Thank you
