GET ONE if you do hot yoga or are just prone to sweating while you're working on your mat. I was really struggling to hold some positions because my palms and feet were sweaty and a friend told me about yoga towels. The grip is perfect and it helps me get through my class. Love the colors - they're just as vibrant as advertised. Washing really well so far. Seems like a good value, to boot!

I bought this to put on top of my yoga mat in hot yoga. I typically purchase Manduka/Yogi Toes yoga mat towels, but thought I’d try this because of the reviews. Sadly, this is now a dog towel. It doesn’t feel good under your hands or feet and it’s not no slip. Disappointed.

Good product but does not grip enough to the mat to my liking. I am not sure wether I need to care for it in a specific way (I wash it in the washing machine) but I am never able to stand without slipping in my downward facing dog. I need to fold it in and hold onto the mat in order to not slip. Recently, I have had to interrupt my practice a couple of times to replace it on the mat, as it does not stick to it well enough. The towels at my yoga studio seem to be less slippery. I do have some major sweat stains on my mat after hot yoga practice but I do sweat a lot too. Very lightweight though.

This is a really good option if you need to travel with your yoga towel but, otherwise, it is not very absorbent and it lacks the grip I have noticed in other towels (my feet keeps slipping in certain poses).

I’ve been in market for a new hot yoga towel for a while. I’ve tried a couple and returned because I kept slipping. This one worked beautifully. I didn’t slip and it absorbed moisture great throughout the class. I also like that’s it’s machine washer and dryer friendly.
