My yoga instructor and massage therapist are as excited as I am with the Yoga-grip. The grips don't take arthritis pain away, but enables me to continue doing yoga poses my wrists and thumb joint couldn't support anymore. The grip is very comfortable and I feel assured they won't slip out from under me.

I've had a wrist operation with complications but these yoga grips allow me to do the poses I couldn't do before. Strong, sturdy & do not slip :)

I am only 5' tall and I have very small hands. I couldn't use these as they were too large. They actually hurt my hands trying to grip them properly. Great idea, but not if you are a small person.

I couldn't do yoga, especially the downward dog, because my wrists couldn't handle it. But with these, my wrists are supported and I can downward dog away!

Made of poor quality plastic that bends slightly when weight is applied give a poor sensation of stability and connection to the ground. Handles are also made of a soft and slippery rubber that further erodes stability requiring the additional purchase of non-slip covers to rectify. If this was a ten dollar item it might be okay, but at this price it’s entirely unacceptable.

This product is a game-changer not just for yoga but for push-ups as well! I was initially skeptical about the price, especially when compared to other push-up handles in the market, but trust me, there’s a good reason why these sturdy, ergonomic handles cost more. Most push-up handles have a very narrow bar, which means you end up putting all your weight on a small surface area. This can be extremely uncomfortable and even lead to injuries in the long run. These handles are by far the widest I’ve found; they allow for equal weight distribution, resulting in less strain and more comfort during your workouts.I started using push-up handles because my wrists would hurt from doing push-ups directly on the floor. Regular handles did help to some extent by allowing me to keep my wrist straight, but they wreaked havoc on my carpal tunnel. It was a frustrating compromise until I found these incredible handles. These handles are, without a doubt, the best in the market. They have a divot for you thumb and wide grip to provide exceptional support and significantly reduce the strain on your wrists and hands. In short, if you’re struggling with discomfort or pain during your push-ups, do yourself a favor and invest in these handles. They are worth every penny. The comfort and support they offer are unmatched - you won’t regret it!

I have thumb-wrist pain, which gets worse when I practice yoga. I had considered back and forth whether I should buy them because they are not cheap. I am happy that I did. These grips do help to reduce the irritation, not completely but enough for me to gain some confidence to be back to yoga.

I bought these to keep my wrists straight during yoga or Physiotherapy. Works like a charm. No more wrist pain. Also very helpful with holding my hands painlessly with trigger finger.

Osteoarthritis in both thumb joints appeared this summer and threatened my practice, a thumb brace did not help. These grips relieve the pressure on the joint by shifting the load to palms. Putting weight into forefinger and thumb with spread fingers may be the downdog cue, instead I confidently lean into these grips. Fast, power yoga transitions moving with each breath complicate the repositioning need, so when I pass through downward dog for a mere half a breath just to enter into a warrior (rather than holding the DD pose) I rest palms briefly along the bottom edge in the longitudinal position relative to mat rather than repositioning them horizontally, as suggested for the DD pose. Otherwise, they support side planks, half vinyasas, even crow. I shift them to the back of the mat with me when the flows take us there.Nonslip grips sold separately are necessary for sweaty practice or hands, even if the studio isn't truly hot.Lots of straight days of yoga using these things, and no joint flare up. Previously, I feared losing my practice as the newly arisen arthritis flared up from the yoga loading. I'm sincerely grateful.Updated Feb 2023 Still Saving Yoga for me, no thumb joint arthritis aggravation when I use these beauties! Wow!Updated Aug 2023 to comment on the excellent, responsive, courteous customer support from this small business. I experienced a grip failure. The maker explained that of the thousands sold mine was the fourth piece having this problem, they discovered and understand why it occurs, had fixed the problem at the manufacturing step, and took care of me.I bought a backup set, too, these are that important to keeping me on my mat absent arthritis pain.SEPT 24 -- still saving my practice!! Thank you, Yoga Grip, for that and superior seller responsiveness. A product that I can't live without.

I'm 44 and a long time HIIT lover using bodyweight exercises. A few months ago I started getting a really sore wrist and thumb which really curtailed my floor work/push ups/dips etc and stopped me exercising properly for a couple of months, which was awful for my mental health. These grips have been life changing. I'm back to exercising with minimal pain. They are lightweight but non-slip on the ground. They can get a tad slippy on the grips when your hands sweat, but it's minimal and can be wiped off with a towel. There's also info in the box with them about how to maintain grippiness. In my opinion they are totally worth the price.
