I use 5/16" stainless steel all thread to secure coaxial surge arrestors to relieve strain against the coaxial fittings and cable.Pretty good value.

I cut these up to be used as studs in concrete block walls for mounting vent covers. We'll see how well they work since they should not rust in changing weather conditions.
