  • Spot Watering Precision: 1 Gallon Per Hour Netafim Woodpecker Junior drip irrigation emitters ensure every plant on your drip irrigation system receives the same amount of water and fertilizer regardless of location, for uniform, high-quality growth on any topography. Ideal for greenhouse, nursery, hydroponic, farm and other commercial irrigation systems or residential home gardens and landscape applications.
  • Industry Favorite: Designed with the highest level of technology, these compact, self-cleaning 1 gph emitters have both internal check valves and anti-drainback valves and feature the widest flow path for accurate, dependable water delivery that's made them the industry standard for years. Measuring 1 inch x 0.75 inch, they feature a 1/8" black barb and 1/4" color barb, allowing them to be used with different size tubing. Use our illustration (see photo) for how to install based on tubing size.
  • Pressure Compensating: The pressure compensating dripper continuously adjusts to varying water pressure, ensuring a constant flow rate under a wide pressure range from 10 to 45 PSI. No more under or over watering at the beginning and ends of the drip system line or in low areas of the system.
  • Clog Resistant: Continuous self-flushing system, even while irrigating, provides these 1 gph spot emitters with superior resistance to clogging. Irrigation dripper nozzle made from high-quality polyethylene parts that last season after season for long life.

Netafim Drip Technology Offers A World Of Benefits:
Netafim is the global leader in smart drip and micro-irrigation solutions since introducing the world's first drip irrigation system solutions in 1965. Netafim drippers slowly emit specified amounts of water and nutrients, at low pressure, directly to the plant’s root zone. This continual delivery of water and nutrients increases the grower’s ability to manage crop production, resulting in earlier, more profitable harvests, as well as enhanced consistency in yields from year to year. Energy, water and fertilizer costs are minimized to further improve profitability. With minimal loss of water to runoff and evaporation – as well as uniform application to plants, drip irrigation offers a world of benefits.
- Better crop quality, quantity and uniformity using less resources
- Promote green, healthy plant growth evenly and precisely thoughout your planting area
- Direct exactly the right amount of water, exactly where you want it automatically

I am still in the process of installing these so i cannot comment on the performance just yet. However, the listing shows a yellow colored hole punch tool while the one provided is black. It doesn't seem like a big deal but it is very frustrating knowing that if you got the advertised color you wouldnt lose the hole puncher as often because the black one blends in with the soil. Also it is tiny which doesn't help.

I was unable to use this product with our system. The vendor gave me add'l information on how I might make changes that would affect the product's performance. Was still unable to get water thru the emitters. But, I give a 5-start rating for the great customer service - additional guidance and no-questions-asked return. Only wish I could have gotten this product to work. It is not the product that was defective. It is my older drip system .🤔

All of them installed (using the yellow tool to push down makes it a heck of lot easier) in a 40 PSI system and they're all operating perfectly - except the one I dropped in muddy water before installing, had to replace that one. They ONLY operate with the black nozzle OUT. I installed one the wrong way by accident and nope, nothing came out of it - all the negative reviews that they 'dont work' obviously didnt bother to read the instructions. There is some variability on the water flow between the emitters but it's not much, with 80% of them the flow was the same, 10% were low and 10% were high. Maybe a quarter of a gallon per hour difference one way or another at the extremes. Of the 183 installed two emitters flow is quite low and will be replaced. Unknown cause, highly likely problems are from me handling them with muddy hands. The anti-drain feature is a lifesaver! I used them to for watering a 130 foot line of arborvitae with a 5 foot elevation difference between the top and bottom tree and when the water turns off they bottom ones dont leak and the pipe doesnt empty from sucking air in the top ones. This'll keep crud from getting sucked into the emitters. They're also a lot smaller than I expected, about 3/4 the size of the emitters you see in the big box stores.

Ordered three different sizes, for a ranch orchard in Texas. Solar powered water well pumps into 2500 gallon tank on concrete pad, i.e. storage is not elevated so water pressure is low. Top of tank is about 8 feet above ground so low psi pressure. None of the emitters worked, tried multiple ones of each advertised size. My conclusion is they are designed for more highly pressurized water systems. I have found that a competing brand, Raindrip, works fine at the low water pressure, so have switched to that product.

... I bought not reading all the reviews or fine print. oops. Hurried. But they LOOK like inline. ha! However, that is not why I didn't rate great. Mine have nearly all seemed to plug up after running them just a few weeks. Oh, but I LIKE that little yellow tool... Fits perfectly in my dripper plastic repair kit, and that hole punch on it is way better than my metal-tipped one. I also love the underside of the tool, where the hole is. I used it over and over to force the drippers onto the ends of T'd tubing, after my hands got horribly sore from shoving them onto the tubing without the tool. I mean, it seemed like miles and miles of tubing for my gardens. So, I did not return them, because I needed them to water. -Replaced many of them now, with inline drippers and rerouting. Under half of these drippers are still patent. I am keeping this little yellow tool forever. I run a well to water with so in all fairness, I am not on filtered city water.

These one gallon per hour emitters work great. They are easy to install using the included puncture tool. This works great with irrigation tubing but you may need a drill and small drill bit if you want to use water hose. I would buy these again.
