Please try again after it is fully charged, if it is a commonly used 5V/2A adapter, it will take about 4 hours to fully charge. (i.e. the red indicator light will change from blinking to always on and all 4 blue indicator lights will be on).
!!! Please note !!!
1. only the red indicator light changes from flashing to solid, which means the radio is fully charged, only 4 blue indicators light all does not mean the radio is fully charged.
2.Sometimes the charging will be automatically interrupted, please check the power indicator here to see if the radio still has power.
3. when charging, make sure you have turned off other functions: the radio function, the flashlight function and the reading light function.(Sometimes the reading light function will be turned on accidentally and unnoticed).

I bought this in case of long electricity outage. Tested the solar panel and it charged my mobile phone rapidly. The lights are as bright as a good pocket lamp. Radio working great too. Can also listen to weather channel that is really helpful in case of emergency. A good tool to have for safety of your family.

I bought this as we tend to loose our power quite often so being solar should be good in these situations, having a radio and a place to charge cell is great, when all else fails it has a hand crank for getting power. Not sure how long it will last but better than nothing!

It came fully charged and everything worked so well the radio is nice and clear all the lights are plenty bright enough and the alarm should get the attention of any searchers..... The day after it arrived there was a power outage in my area so I got to use the light to see and the radio kept me company

Perfect emergency radio. If the power goes out, if we want portable music in the garden, this little radio is amazing. Very powerful flashlight/worklight as well. Does take a bit to charge via the crank, but if it were important enough we could do it. Prefer the solar charge over crank. But as long as we have power, plugging it in is obviously the easiest and the battery lasts for days going 24 hours a day.

By my opinion, this is an high quality radio, that has everything quality made: crystal clear sound, light, sturdy engineering, chip for performance, portable & compact yet, inexpensive. Used this little radio/flashlight/usb charger during Hurricane Lee. Its a powerful little unit and lives up to all the hubbub about it. Very clear radio networks come through, its great to have such a powerful flashlight when you need it and I can easily charge my phone. One 1 minute crank gets the radio working and I can solar power it in full sun after a few hours. Nice to have that option. If you want a tiny run-and-go radio for emergencies I'd highly recommend this one.
