l'éolienne que j'ai acheté, ne fonctionne plus comme prévue. il y un problème avec le bearing. elle ne tourne pas bien du tout elle est bloquée. c'EST GARANTI 1 AN, MAIS JE NE SAIS PAS COMMENT FAIRE POUR AVOIR UNE NOUVELLE .JE VEUX AVOIR DES RENSEIGNEMENT PLUS SPÉCIFIQUES POUR CORRECTION ET EN AVOIR UNE NOUVELLE.

It's impossible to produce 14000 watts with this turbine. Perhaps if you gave the real figures, you'd sell more turbines

How is it physically possible for this turbine to produce 14 kilowatts or 14000 watts of power. 24v output at a max of 40 amps, which equates to 960 watts, at max production at 100% efficiency. Now anyone will tell you no wind turbine generator is 100% efficiency so even at pwrfect, you might reach 59%, I'm even going to be generous and give you 63% which is highly improbable. Now tell me at 100% output, out of what thin air does the other 13,040 watts come from? Im not getting something because the physical wind doesnt have the power(watts) to push 14000 watts for the size of your turbine.
