EDIT: After leaving my review, I was contacted by the seller, and they directed me to the proper way to attach the metal ties (install the ties first, then insert the bottle.) It worked! They also offered to replace the broken bottles! I appreciate the customer service, and desire to make sure I am satisfied. So for that, I am changing my review from 2 stars, to 5! Well done!The metal ties that are supposed to attach to the side of the cage are useless and do not work. Also we've had these about 2 months and already one of the nipples broke off.

I got these because our normal Guinea pig bottle leak so bad and omg these are even worse somehow! I’ve had to place cups underneath them because it was wetting the bedding so bad and so quickly. Super disappointing tbh.

I like the size of the bottles but that makes them heavy. Too heavy to use rhe hangers that came with. So I had to get crafty and build a support system to hold up the bottles. One bottle maybe leaking.

All the pieces arrived, two of the water bottles, both green tops, and two hooks for them. They haven’t dropped yet, I’m sure after a few years of use they may be leaky. However, there is a small black circle piece that comes with it that should go on the outside over the hole and then you twist the spout in tightly. :)
