Picked these up as I had a hard time hearing my (Motorolla) radio during my first year in ski patrol. I have a hearing condition where i have trouble picking out specific sounds in sound-rich environments. These solved the problem for me. They are excellent quality imo, and generally pretty comfortable under the ski helmet. They start getting a little uncomfortable near the end of the day, but that's after 8 hours under ski helmet ear covers accompanied by varied physical activity and temperature swings. I may try to figure out a better ear bud to attach to the business end. In 15+ patrol days in conditions from like -20C to +5C (ish), I am still using the one I started with, so it's definitely quality built. Plenty of length to reach from my left side chest, around my collar, to my right ear.
