The product says it contains a "AWG wire gauge tool". The circular tool is actually for the U.S. standard for sheet and plate iron and steel, which uses different thicknesses. American Wire Gauge uses different numbers.Also, 1ga and 2ga had the same inch value stamped on the back, and the text says "WireGauce".
