Works very well, much better than the insoles that came with my Asics tennis shoes. I play pickleball at least 3 hrs a day 3 days a week. These insoles are very comfortable, and do a great job of supporting my high arches. I weigh over 200lbs, but run around like a maniac and move much better than expected, yet these insoles hold up. Great value for the price, I'd not hesitate to buy them again.

These inserts definitely make a difference, added support, try them. I stand on my feet for about 5 hours a day and my feet feel so much better, they work.

They were good for about 2 weeks of use at work 10 hours a day. Arch support was gone after that.

I first bought these last year but didn't use them. My foot pain became really annoying and I remembered I had these in a drawer.I put them in my regular walking shoes and felt that the pain less. I then kept switching them out for different shoes and, eventually thought it would be easier to buy more pairs! They're not the cheapest out there but they certainly are very comfortable for me.I like that they can be cut to size to better fit your own shoes or trainers.I now have them in all my closed in shoes. My only complaint would be that they should make them for sandals.

Ich leide sehr unter Fersensporn, habe vieles ausprobiert. bis ich auf diese Einlage gestoßen bin. aus Verzweiflung da alles andere mir nicht geholfen hatte. hatte ich das bestellt, es kam eine Linderung bis der schmerz immer weniger wurden. ich kann es nur empfehlen. nach drei Wochen Dauer tragen habe ich kaum noch schmerzen.

I popped these insoles in my slippers as soon as they arrived. Felt supported right where I needed it. Popped the insoles in my boots and went for a walk soon after. Besides it feeling a bit tighter over the top of my foot I felt I could walk forever. My feet felt supported and did not get tired or achy. I may have to buy another set. One for home and one for work.

These soles are really comfortable and really helped my feet adjust to my shoes. Previously the soles of my shoes were too hard and I had pain in my ankles from walking too long in them, but adding these soles made that a lot better and now I longer feel pain from walking.They fit well in slippers and well my shoes, such a good product.
