Check to make sure if it is normally closed or normally opened solenoid. Not stated took a chance and was wrong. Returned with ease

Could not install this….the holes the O rings sit in were not machined to the same depth as the original….uugh!

This didn't work for my 2004 Honda Element AWD. I had to get a transmission rebuild and the tech told me he tried the same type after doing a rebuild on a different Element and couldn't figure out why the transmission still wasn't working until they replaced the solenoid with the Honda brand. The rebuild cost me about $3100, now add the cost of the 28250-PRP-013 Linear Solenoid, Keenso Transmission Linear Solenoid as well. The part is just going in the trash.

Bought this part in Dec/2020, but the car was still able to move, so because of the cold weather, I did not install until recently. Part was installed last week, but the part is defective and of no use to me. I guess, I just got a defective part that is no good, and shame on me for not installing it sooner.
