I had recently traveled to Oregan with my travel trailer and come to realize at a stop that I had lost one of the bumper end caps but thankfully the sewer hose was still inside the bumper. The craziest thing then happened after our traveling was done; the other side was gone too!!!! LOLI just installed these bumper end caps on my travel trailer. The bumper is to hold the 20ft sewer hose so that the pass-through storage doesn't stink and these bumper caps (I hope) will keep from losing the sewer hose from the bumper while driving down the road.Installation of these bumper caps was simple but tricky! Due to the fact that they are identical!! I wish these bumper caps were dedicated for left and right sides of the bumper. With these bumper caps being identical, on one side the door swings towards the trailer wall and on the other side it swings away from the trailer (making it super easy to insert the hose into the bumper).Even though installing the bumper cap to where the door swings outward was tricky because of awkward angle to getting to the bolt and nut but if you have a friend willing to help, install isn't too bad.I highly recommend using some thread lock on the bolt to have safe mind that the nut doesn't work its way loose as your traveling down the road, since the hardware included is a regular nut and not a locking nut.Awesome design of the 5 pointed star which allows for airflow through the 4" square bumper.The parts included are the identical bumper caps, 2 bolts, 2 spring washers, 2 flat washers, 2 nuts, 2 spring-ball pins, 2 chains with rings, and 4 strips of foam. No instructions but that is okay. Installation is simple. First place the bumper cap around the 4" square bumper to see if the foam strip is needed, if so place the foam strip on the top and bottom to ensure a tight fit. The bumper caps have a little bit of flexibility to get around the foam strips and then just squeeze together the two points with a pair of pliers.In the pictures of the bumper caps, it shows placing the cotter pin going up through the hole versus going down from the top. As seen in one of my pictures it shows the placement of the cotter pin. Placing it from the top, this will ensure that the pin will not pop loose as I'm traveling.As an alternative to the plastic/rubber pressure end cap, these bumper end caps with star airflow design is definitely a better-looking addition to your travel trailer!

Nice caps, should stay in place much better than the original rubber caps. Very nice finish.
