While most commonly used for masking purposes during powder coating and painting, there are hundreds of other uses around the shop, home, lab, classroom, etc. You will receive 5 of every common size cap (40 total) to fit any size part up to 3/4" (19mm) in diameter. This superior grade of silicone is capable of withstanding temps up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit (315 Celsius) for at least 20 minutes and holds up to most chemicals. It is ultra tough yet flexible, reusable and will not crack, harden, shrink or break over time. Unlike the competitors, all of our premium silicone goods are color coded for ease of use and the color will never bleed or fade.

Got them to cap lines when working on trucks. They tend to stick after put on but durable enough to be peeled off. Recently used to plug and cap lines and ports for a fuel sender on a duramax that was really dirty.

Perfect fit for temporarily sealing auto brake lines while changing calipers. Simple, cheap, effective. No mess and saved lots of fluid from dripping.
