This touch-up paint pen exceeded my expectations! The color blended with the original paint on my vehicle. The kit includes everything needed for a smooth application, and the clear coat really enhances the finish, making the repair practically invisible.

Product description states that this product "blends seamlessly with OEM paint". This is not true, see for yourself. I honestly think that it looks worse than when I started... after paying $20 and a couple hours for the privilege. Advertised pictures are photoshop, not of actual work.Furthermore, the product is not well designed. The paint is applied much like liquid white-out. It dries very quickly, so it is very difficult to get a "smooth" application (i.e. it will have some texture). They included a small piece of 800 grit sandpaper to smooth it out. This works initially, but very quickly becomes filled with paint dust and no longer sands effectively. There is also a limit to the sanding. At some point further sanding starts making dark marks on the surface, so I had to stop without getting the texture fully smooth and switch to the 4000 grit sandpaper.I taped off ~1 in from the chipped paint in order to have space to layer in and transition the paint. However, this just meant that I sanded off undamaged clear coat, making the repair spot larger. I didn't think much of it, because I thought the clear coat would match and bring it back. It did not...

The paint was to runny and didn’t wanted to stay in the scrach. The color, compared to Tesla white pearl- just similar…It did the job, but it is noticeable.

I had a minor scratch on my bumper and decided to give the Gen2Magic Touch Up Paint Pen a try. I have to say, I was impressed! The application was smooth, the color matched well, and the scratch is now barely noticeable. It dries quickly and blends in nicely, making my car look as good as new.One thing to note this product is best suited for small, minor scratches. Given the size and amount of paint in the package, it wouldn’t be ideal for larger touch-ups. But if you're looking for a quick and easy fix for light scratches, this is definitely worth it! Highly recommend!
