  • You can select the s-eeds that fit this spacing based on the spacing of the s-eed trays, and there is also a customizable s-eed tray among the 6 s-eed trays that you can create according to your needs
  • Cauliflower trays have 1 inch (2.5 cm) spacing between and can hold of cauliflower, cabbage, turnip and radish. Light carrot trays have spaced 4.5 inches (11.4 cm) apart to hold of lettuce, turnip, mustard, collard greens and light cabbage
  • The green bean tray has a spacing of 12 inches (30.5 cm) and can accommodate larger such as peanuts and about 0.625 inches (15.69 cm) The s-eed spacing between the cucumber and popcorn trays is 9 inches (22.9 cm). Perfect fit. Showed up fast. Just seeded sunflower seeds with the sweet corn plate. Right before you start, put a super thin amount of oil or grease on the plate where it contacts the body (not the seed side).

These 60010 Optional Seed Plate Set for E-arthWay fit perfectly and work just as well. When I originally got my earthway seeder it didn't have any plates. So I only had the original set not the optional set. It is nice to have the FULL set now. Next spring they will be put to good use. I may even expand the garden. I think this is a great value and a great addition to your earthway.

We had an extra set of plates for our old Garden Way seeder that we had modified for use with things like squash and cucumbers, but they are starting to break up. These should be good replacements.
