Your cart is empty. LotFancy backing pad is made of a medium density polyurethane and designed with a thin gradual tapered edge, allowing flat or contour sanding/polishing without gouging, due to its high performance: flexible, durable, heat-resistant and well-balanced.
Orbit sander pad can stand up to a maximum operating speed of 12,000 RPM. Utilize steel struts molded into center hub to keep pad stable while achieving a consistent, smooth finish.
Backing plate is designed with 5/16”-24 threads to fit most standard DA air random orbital sanders/polishers in woodworking, garages, or industrial settings.
DA sander pad is great for general-purpose sanding and polishing. It is versatile enough to work on most all pad materials with hook-and-loop backing system: foam, wool, paper, microfiber and more.

This Polishing Pads and Backing Plate Kit is a solid choice for car enthusiasts. The hook-and-loop design makes pad changes quick and easy. The wool material is effective for heavy cutting and polishing, removing scratches, oxidation, and swirls. They’re durable and maintain their structure even with extended use. However, for precision work or delicate surfaces, they might be a bit too aggressive.

I needed to buff out some light staining on my fiberglass boat box. I didn’t have any other use for a buffer so I thought I’d try this. Well it worked very well so I tried it on my smart car. Worked on it as well. We will have to see what else I can use it on. Seems to be holding up well so far. Happy happy happy
