I've bought this brand of ink 5 times. 4/5 times they worked out of the box and I had no issues, making it a great value. One set I bought I had sitting in a drawer for nearly 5 months without trying them. I needed with a deadline and they did not function. Possible an HP update or program glitch made them malfunction. They were long past the amazon return date so I couldn't do anything about it on Amazon, but I contacted their customer service. I needed the ink in a hurry and since I'd bought from them before and they were fine I risked it and bought replacements. Replacements came next day and worked great! Meanwhile Customer service got back to me within a few days and provided me with troubleshooting options and when that also didn't work they provided me with several options to make it right. Getting it 100% right all the time isn't necessary if the company is going to fix the few times when it isn't. After dealing with their customer service I highly recommend.

I just installed one of these cartridges in my MF244DW multi function device. The product was well packaged and there were no printed instructions. Installation instructions are molded into the plastic of the cartridge housing, and installation was very simple. The orange retainers at each end need to be removed,it needs to be lightly rotated seven or eight times, and the plastic strip with the pull tab needs to be firmly grasped and pulled out completely prior to installation.My printer recognized the cartridge and reported it as 100% full. The print quality is excellent.

This product does exactly what it says it does. Easy assembly and came with customer support in case I had or have any problems. I used this toner in my printer for everyday printing. The color quality is great. It seems as if it was dry immediately I touched to see if I could smudge the ink or if it was still wet and smudge resistant. No leaking from toner in my printer. I also put a picture up of what I printed at the time after I installed the toner. I will be purchasing again. Very satisfied

Now my printer is eternally stuck in an error code and I had to purchase a new printer…… Printer didn’t even recognize that these have ink in them, and keeps shutting off. I would have returned them immediately, if I didn’t have such a large printing project that needed done as soon as I got them… but I didn’t get to do them. Just constant NO ink warnings… on laptop and every time I print them finally after short time my printer went into error code and never recovered. I highly recommend buying a new printer over purchasing these cartridges

We purchased this package to use in a family member Canon unit where they are only using black ink for a fax function in a rural locale and the Canon ink jet cartridges failed from low volume/use. Good instruction, worked, would purchase again for the purpose.

My sister was having an online test in 2 days when the original toner refused to work. I need to get her test paper printed before the day of the test as it starts in the early morning. The place I used to get refills for my original toner is closed so I had to find out a quick alternative solution. I found this toner on Amazon and decided to give it a shot since it can be delivered the next day. I didn't have high expectations for it, just hoped that it could print the questions clearly. When I received it and tested it with my printer, it works perfectly. The printing quality is good, especially considering the price. I didn't encounter any problems when I put the toner into my printer. I have been using the toner for 1 month, and so far so good.
