I didn't really pay close attention to the dimensions given.Ordered this as a gift. It was a nice idea, but hilarious in the execution.Even though I knew I'd return it, I showed it to the intended recipient because it's diminutive dimensions made it rather ridiculous.If something very small AND an accurate depiction of the metals is what you're after, say a small desk toy or replacements for part of the entire set of periodic elements then I DO recommend this.Get the WHOLE set with the acrylic display case. Then this would be an extremely cool gift for your favorite nerd 🤓

My 5 year old is obsessed with the periodic table of elements. So much so he has memorized the entire thing! Thought it would be cool for him to see some of them up close. He Carrie’s them everywhere. Perfect for a curious little mind.
