I bought the cartridge and installed it a month later, but my HP 8600 isn’t recognizing it (see image). I reinstalled the original one, and it’s working fine. However, the return window has passed by three days, and I have no idea what to do with it.

I received my new printer cartridges the next day. They were professionally packaged, and there were no visible damage. Each cartridge was vacuum packaged and in excellent condition. The printer accepted the non-genuine print cartridges and there have been no problems so far. At this time I am very pleased with my purchase and will be purchasing from this company again. The price of this genuine HP cartridge set locally is over $200.00, but I only paid $29.00 plus taxes from Amazon.ca.

I have a HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer that I had not used for about 3 years. After installing these ink cartriges the print quality was initially terrible on a test print, but after running the print head cleaning routine ~10 times, the quality was just as good as I remember it being with HP ink. I then printed a bunch of photos on high quality photo paper, and the results were fantastic! The only difference is that HP's software shows a warning saying that you're using 3rd party ink.If you're unhappy with the print quality after installing these ink cartridges, be sure to try running the print head cleaning cycle. It might take a bunch of cycles if you haven't used your printer for a long time and the heads are dirty.

These cartridges are by far, the best I've ever purchased ... including OEM cartridges at 5x the price.The yield is far superior to OEM cartridges by a large margin, and there appears to be no sacrifice in print quality. There was no problem with the printer recognizing the cartridges as I've had with other non-OEM brands.
