Easy to Installation
Perfect Fitment:
- 1. Use your fingernails to separate the third brake light black plastic housing from the glass and work your fingers in. With each hand at either end, pull down along the window.Note, Don't pull down toward the rear deck, it will not work. You have to pull in the direction of the window, at the same angle. It will take a bit of force, just keep pulling making sure your angle matches the window’s.
- 2.Once you pull the third brake light down, you will see the electrical connector on the left side. Simply unclip and you’re done.
- 3.Installing the third brake light takes a little more effort but it’s easily done as well.After you plug the electrical connector back in, line up the tabs on each end and slide the third brake light onto the tabs.
- 4.After you plug the electrical connector back in, line up the tabs on each end and slide the third brake light onto the tabs.
- 5.Push the third brake light up, along the glass, using the tips of your fingers (use both hands). Do not fit your fingers under the plastic surround, it will alter the angle and will not work. Keep the third brake light flush against the glass and push, you will feel it snap into place.
- 6.The third brake light will end up against the headliner but you need to have it fit under it, not against it.
- 7.Work your fingers under the headliner and pull down slightly then push on the edge of the third brake light housing until it fits into place.

This center brake light was pretty easy to remove and install. You need to have the proper tools however in order to remove the old light. Which you can purchase on Amazon.The Audi service department wanted to charge my wife $400.00 to replace and install the new center light.It took me about 15 minutes to remove the old light and install the new light.If you need to replace your center brake light, I highly recommend this.

It's a bit bigger than the OEM for Audi A4 Quattro 2013, however if you rip out the LED panel from the oversized frame, you can swap it to the OEM frame and toss the failed OEM LED panel. The inner LED panel fits the OEM one. Just youtube a video how to replace it yourself. Otherwise satisfied, it will surely last at least couple of years

I was surprised that this was not a complete part. The LED bar was missing. Just a plastic enclosure. We usually need to replace this part because some or all LEDs are going out. So, getting just a plastic part without an LED bar was a waste of time. Returned for a refund.

Easy to install, perfect fit. Can’t go wrong with this one. It just like the one from Audi I’m replacing, except the light probably isn’t the same quality but it works great.
