I'm happy to have a true regulator when some advertised as a "regulator" are just valves.This item has a few drawbacks :If you loosen the dial too much you'll jam the regulator and will have to remove the brass tube to reseat the piston.Also, when you turn to lower the pressure, the pressure only drops when there is flow.Lastly the flow rate is much lower than you'd get from even a small tank air compressor.
