Your cart is empty.As the third of Britain’s four engined heavy bombers to enter RAF service during WWII, the Aero Lancaster proved to be an exceptional aircraft, possessing a large unobstructed bomb bay, which allowed it to carry some of the largest bombs of the war. At least thirty five Lancaster managed to complete an astonishing 100 missions or more and are referred to by historians and enthusiasts as the ‘Lancaster centurions’, an exclusive group of extremely hard working bombers.

I purchased this model for my grandsons 15th birthday next month. He is very interested in historic aircraft and as I built the previous version 60years ago as a 15 year old , it seemed fitting for him to do likewise. Watch this space

Clear instructions and all required parts come with this kit, it did need military camouflage paint to complete the effect.

Ottimo Kit di uno dei più famosi e (come si dice oggi) iconici aerei della Seconda Guerra Mondiale; non alla portata dei principianti dato l'elevato numero di pezzi e le dimensioni che, tra l'altro, richiedono un adeguato spazio espositivo.Nella fattispecie offerto ad un prezzo ottimo (circa € 30)
