I ordered ladies but received mens and cut them but they still didn't fit. They were still to big for my shoes, ultimately I had too cut a lot off the heel which has knocked of all the pressure points.I guess I should have checked first but I just thought they were for bigger sizes as some girl were size 10 or 11.Make sure before you cut them with sizzors that you are dealing with the right product.It is well made. I think they would be great but for 35.00 I am not about to waste my money again.

Consiglio assolutamente !Indispensabili!!! Comode e,sarà un caso,ho perso pure grasso in zone difficili,almeno per me,tipo interno del ginocchio. Magari è un caso..comunque .

Good insole with specific pressure points. I put them in my new shoes and my back pain went away.

These are very uncomfortable and did not fit in my shoes even after cutting them. They are too bulky and make my shoes too tight. Also the magnetic dots are hard and hurt my feet when I walk on them.

I bought 2 pairs. one for indoor and one for outdoor shoespain is a lot less andd they are comfortablethx.
