The insoles appear to be 1/2 size smaller (i.e., not true to size). They are a good quality but they are way too narrow. Half of my foot (mostly women's 9M, sometimes 9W) is falling outside the insole on the sides from the forefoot to the heel. Looks like it has been designed for narrow-boned users. I would not buy them again and do not recommend unless you were N width in footwear.

The quality is great, soft leather. But they run very small in size, I reccomend going 1 or 2 sizes up. I bought them because my shoes were a bit big and worked great for that, but are noticibly smaller than my shoe.

I was searching for a shoe insert that was low profile and thin. These inserts are great! If you need just a little extra padding to make your shoes fit better, these are for you. The leather feels good against the feet and the slim profile makes it easy to convert a shoe that is a little too loose in the heel, for example, to one that fits perfectly.
