I purchased these to help my foot from slipping out of my high heels, but it did not because the material is slippery itself. It would be good if the shoe was too big and you needed to size down, but not for slippage out of the shoe. It was only $8 so I am not returning and will maybe use it for shoes that are too big.

These are my favourite heel liners to put in shoes that I wear with bare feet. Flats, loafers, and slip-on sneakers have a tendency to tear up the backs of my feet, but these liners save the day. They are the only ones I've found with a satin-like finish that slides comfortably against the back of my feet without causing blisters. The only downside is the adhesive is so-so. However, I've found that if they come unstuck, a bit of scotch double-sided tape can do the trick. Overall, I highly recommend these for saving the backs of your feet.

I use these in my work boots because the heels wear put and rxpose the plastic inside easily. These cover the spot I need perfectly, and stay stuck for weeks! Sometimes even a month or more. Highly recommend not only for high heels, but any shoe!

Wife got this for a pair of Ugg espadrilles, but it didn't help with the uncomfortableness at all; in fact, she'd get a blister on her left heel (where she put it in the shoe, since her left foot is slightly shorter) every time she'd wear them.I don't know what kind of gel it is, but it feels like somewhat malleable plastic to the touch. I expected it to be of an actual gelly material, soft and squishy, but it's not. Would not recommend.

Had to buy as my daughter’s tap shoes were just slightly too large, but couldn’t go down a size. We’re the perfect size to make her shoes fit better.

I used these with my ankle-height Converse because it rubs at the heel. The adhesive did not stick very well and it came off after a few days. I used another set on heels and it attached much better to leather, but I also did not walk as much on the heels. I like the cushioning but wish the adhesive was stronger.

I actually got these and another set of cushions for my heels. I absolutely LOVE them. They were way better than I expected and did exactly what I needed them for. A couple of heels I have purchased were alittle to big and this actually helped make them more snug. These also prevent the heel popping out of the shoe while walking.I will absolutely be purchasing again for some other pairs of shoes I have for the summer. The shipping was also quick.
