This is a good product for the price point it’s very firm. It’s almost too firm for me to use under my neck but I am just getting used to that whole concept even so I sometimes put it behind my back to keep me rolling over onto my back when I’m side sleeping.

I landed on my head as a teen on a trampoline. Ever since I've had major neck pain and issues, I went through 2 years of migraines and finally upon seeing a chiropractor, found out my neck was almost 11 deg negative. Spent 9 months being adjusted, and it saved my life. Then life happened and can't afford the chiropractor anymore.So if I don't sleep just perfectly I wake up in extreme pain and will have bad headaches.I purchased this pillow becuase I felt it would help me to sleep on my back, as it isn't comfortable for side sleeping, and woukd support my cervical curve. Or lack there of really. It's just a little too big for me. I'm not a small woman as I'm 5'5" and weigh 200 lbs.But it pushes my head up, instead of being where I can lay flat and the pillow support my cervical curve like I hoped it would. I have found it very comfortable for when I'm in my vehicle traveling or sitting on my couch watching TV. I'll put it behind my neck to give it support.So I'm giving it 5 stars since it does work great for neck support, just personally I don't find it comfortable to sleep with. I don't blame the pillow as I tend to not ve able to find pillows that are comfortable for me.

I bought three different neck rolls this week, and this is the only one I liked. Good size, good firmness, and no smell. And it isn't expensive either. I haven't slept with it yet, but it is comfortable to lay on. I'm going to keep it for sure.

This neck roll is too high and the material too stiff for me. I gave it 4 stars because it's well-made and it may work better for someone else.

Good support and affects the spine in a beneficial way as it adjusts your spinal column gently when you lean your neck back into and over the pillow. Make sure the back of your head is supported by another flatter pillow behind the neck one. Very soft smooth feel to the cover. I’m a back sleeper as I have shoulder issues, this pillow is providing me with a much better sleep on my back. I am no longer tossing turning and waking up in pain having slipped onto my side in the night. I wake up still on my back feeling rested at last! Thank you.

The item is wonderful, it does its job, but it won't help if you plan to embrace it during your night's sleep, because the object squeezes your side-nick so tight that blood won't go through easily, it is so obvious that you can feel it.What I did to overcome that obstacle is putting it under my pillow, and it worked, within seven nights, the pain in my nick was mostly healed. I get addicted to it, I think this will travel with me everywhere I go.

It is of the right size. I sleep flat on my back with the pillow under my neck. It acts as a very good stress relief in my neck. Also, it is anti-aging. I realized after using it for 4 days that my cheekbones are lifted! You can also sleep sideways with your head on the pillow. Again since your cheek is not touching the pillow it avoids the formation of wrinkles. I really really love this pillow and I will be taking it along with me wherever I go.

First, what i like the most was the item came 1 week earlier on the delivery date given. Second, the quality of the product was exactly the same as how it was described. Lastly, the item came in a good condition. It is indeed worth your money to spend. I will definitely purchase again.☺️

I suppose I didn't read the reviews carefully enough on this one, because many people either aren't using it as a neck pillow for sleeping the way it's ostensibly designed for, or dismissed their problems with it as something they needed to get used to and still rated it highly. The bottom line here is that this is TOO BIG to be a neck pillow. It's soft and a nice foam material that provides support to the sides of your head to stop it moving, which is all great, but it's so high that the back of my head is actually elevated off of the bed while I'm using it, just hovering in the air, and that means that all that pressure from the weight of my head is on my neck, and I simply can't sleep with it or I'll get neck pain. (I tried taking a pic where you could see how my head is floating but couldn't get my hair out of the way enough to make it clear :P). I tried putting a layer of blanket behind it (see pic) so my head was supported a little more, but there was still a lot of pressure on the neck, so it still doesn't work. Since this is also advertised as a pillow that you can use between your knees, I'll also add that it's too small for that and a regular pillow would be much better. (Between two hard surfaces, like two knees, this pillow squishes to almost nothing, but with a mattress below and a neck above, you have the opposite issue, so it's lose-lose situation.)I learned recently that if you sleep on your back and have neck pain, the most common reason for it is that your pillow is the wrong height, and I realized that my (ordinary-sized memory foam) pillow was too big. I've been sleeping much better since I switched to sleeping with just a small folded blanket under my head, and have been sleeping on my side less too (apparently I was switching to my side when my head became uncomfortable but didn't realize it), and the only problem with that folded-blanket method is that there was no support to keep my neck in one spot rather than falling to the side, so that's why I bought this pillow. Unfortunately, I couldn't even manage to sleep through a night on this pillow, and I'm good at sleeping in uncomfortable positions! Now I'm just debating whether to cut this pillow to half size in the middle or return it. (If you don't know what you need for sleeping, look up Youtube videos by physios about "neutral spine position" -- basically, if you're on your back you need a small head/neck pillow and a large knee pillow, and if you're on your side, you need a much higher head pillow, a lower lumbar/stomach pillow, and knee pillow, all of which also depends on your body size and mattress type.)So...not recommended! Might even qualify as false advertising. I think this my first 1-star review ever and I'm very disappointed to give it :(

I'm a stomach sleeper by nature, and I'm trying to train myself out of it by sleeping with a body pillow. Unfortunately, most of them don't really fit in the bed next to me and my spouse, so I had relegated myself to waking up with back pain indefinitely.And then I found this! It's between seven and eight inches in diameter, so it fits in the bed no problem. It's long enough that I can both hug it and use it as a knee pillow. And as far as I can tell, it's just a solid cylinder of memory foam, so it doesn't need to be fluffed or rearranged!It comes in a washable case with a low profile zipper, so you won't have metal digging into you. The case did get a bit of a run on it like a pair of nylons might, so I'd recommend buying a proper pillowcase for it. (I had two made by a local seamstress for about $25 CAD, including materials.)Be aware that it comes to you rolled up and very compressed, so it needs a few hours to bounce back!

When you meditate several times a day it's great to have a neck roll to keep your spine straight and neck comfortable if you lie down. A lot of bolsters are made of hard materials like compressed foam, or they are too big if you have a small neck. This pillow does all the right things, just enough compression to give you support but soft enough to keep the neck relaxed. The covering, which you can zip and wash if you wish, is also very soft and comfortable. It took a long time sitting in customs, but worth the wait. I plan on using it for night time sleep as well. I highly recommend this pillow.
