These are great arch supports. They have seem to fix my problem with my flat feet. I’m not a small guy over 200 pounds and they are not collapsing or flattening out seem to be holding their shape. I’ve only been wearing them for a few months and are quite impressed with them. I would recommend these to anybody that has flat feet.

I originally bought this insole over two years ago. My doctor had recommended a firm insole for my edema caused by CHF and for bouts of plantar. Found these and have worn them every day. Have had no plantar issues and help with my feet swelling. After two years they still work perfectly. I have bought TWO more because I am too lazy to switch them into different shoes!!!!!Great product, highly recommended!

These inserts were suggested by my podiatrist and i must say the first two days i was ready to throw them out the window. Felt like walking on a marble. After a few days i hardly feel any discomfort and my foot pain is gone my legs and hips feel straight, with appropriate arch support. I guess doctors know best! Very happy with these inserts.

This is the second pair of these supports I have purchased in the past year. One pair for each of my walking shoes. They are extremely comfortable, and only took 2 days to wear in and get really comfortable. When I compare these to the custom orthotics I had made, at almost $160, buying these turned out to be a "no-brainer". They are comfortable, well made, and most importantly, reduce the pain from walking the same, if not better, than my custom orthotics. I have had the first pair for 8 months, and the second for 2. So from a purely value point of view, if each of these only last 1 year, then they still turn out to be 1/5 the cost of my custom orthotics, with the same function and form. Great product

子供を抱っこする時間が多いからかくるぶしの痛みが続くようになり、こちらのインソールを使用したところ1ヶ月ほど経ったたあたりで痛みがパタッと消えました。欲を言うと色味が派手なのでシンプルなカラーだと嬉しいですが、靴を脱がなければ見えないのでそこは妥協点です。

Uso plantillas desde hace 40 años, asi que he comprado muchísimas, y puedo decir que estas son de las mejores por forma, construcción y materiales. Excelente soporte al arco y estabilización del talón. No le doy 5 estrellas porque el vendedor las recomienda para "dolor del talón", que normalmente se debe a crecimiento del calcáneo o a daño de la fascia plantar en esa zona, pero estas plantillas no sirven para eso; no sólo no tienen almohadilla de gel en el talón, sino que esa parte es igual de rígida que el resto. Esa rigidez es necesaria en el resto de la plantilla, pero no servirá a quien sufra dolor en el talón.

These are very high arch support in soles. They are good, but I have found my knees and feet hurt after a day of wearing them. I purchased a smaller pair specifically for plantar fasciitis and doubled those with some fatigue flat insoles and that combo is pure heaven to my feet. Literally cleared up foot pain within a day.

I thought the arch was just right when I put them in my shoes. It has a good depth for your heel also. However, I'm a plus size person and when standing the inserts could not maintain its shape and support. If it was possible to fill in the arched area with something like gel pads to support that arch this product would of worked for me.The only other issue was because the insert is not the entire length of your shoe it did not feel comfort as it pinched my foot where the insert ends.
