Wow! These insoles are so comfortable and relieved my foot pain very quickly. If you have foot pain, you can add a thin insole on top of the insole and it will be fine after you get used to it. It is very suitable for use at home and work!

This is a fantastic pair of insoles. Although I felt pain in the soles of my feet at first, after using them for a week, I found that my hip and back pains were reduced. I think they have improved my health.

It is very comfortable to wear and I can tailor it to the size that suits my shoes.The stimulation took some getting used to.Happy with them so far very comfortable.

I have to be honest, I was skeptical. However my feet do feel less tired after wearing these in my work shoes all day. I am on my feet most of the day and I am almost a senior, so any help is appreciated. I don't think they do everything they claim but any relief is most welcome. For what I paid I'm quite happy !
