So my wife has been complaining lately about a pair of boots that she normally loves but now says the embedded insole are flat and hard. She wanted to try a set of insoles to see if it would help. She is glad she did, as it makes a huge difference for her.The insoles fit nicely within the boot not without a hassle to get them in there, but once in, they were perfect once in. She slid her feet within, started walking around and right away she looked at me and said "oh yeah, this is much better". Much more cushion, a nice arch that seems to fit her really well, at least much better than the over worn existing insole.Great quick fix and happy with this.

These Welnove Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support Insoles are my first try into the world of having insoles for heel pain, ankle swelling, and leg pain. I noticed swelling in my legs for the first time this past summer, and then wound up having severe ankle swelling, soon thereafter. I really enjoy exercising and walking. I wanted to try insoles before having customized ones made through the podiatrist. I am glad that I ordered these. I ordered a size S since I’m am a size 8.5 shoe size. These fit perfectly. They have good arch support, very nice cushion, and are definitely helping with my previously aching legs and ankles.

Je porte les supports plantaires orthopédiques Welnove depuis 4 mois maintenant, afin d’offrir un meilleur support à mes pieds. Je travaille debout à longueur de journée, ce qui peut créer des douleurs lombaires lorsque le pied est mal supporté.Si je compare à mes orthèses personnalisées provenant du cabinet d’un podiatre qui possèdent un support du talon et de l’arche en plastique épais et dur, les semelles Welnove offrent quand même un bon support avec le coussinage en mousse, et l’arche moulé qui résiste bien à la compression et au poids corporel.Elles sont relativement légères, et bien alignées. Certains produits de mauvaise qualité peuvent avoir un arche de pied qui est trop loin ou trop près du talon, ce qui pousse dans l’arche et crée des douleurs ou des points de pression. Les Welnove sont parfaitement configurés, et ils sont confortables.Franchement, je ne m’attendais pas à grand chose avec ces semelles orthopédiques, mais je ne peux plus m’en passer! C’est un très bon achat.

Honestly, I'll let the images speak for themselves. I'm flatfooted, with big, wide feet. Ie, I toss between an optimistic 12 and 13W depending on the model of shoe (Men's, NA size). I go on the treadmill daily, and have been doing so for like 7 years straight - so this does mean my shoes have worn down some. The end result is they have quite a slant to them, on top of my biologically barely existent arches.I have to be really deliberate when it comes to my exercise not to end up causing myself pain, ie, stretching in advance even for a walking pace, etc. It gets quite uncomfortable as the muscle of the arch of my flat foot winds up overstretched and prone to cramping without support. I do have a pair of professionally-made orthotics, but keep those in my main outdoor footwear, which naturally is not being used on the treadmill.So, I jumped at the chance to get these insoles as a over-the-counter alternative (and drastically less expensive). They work a treat. Still slightly uncomfortable, but I think this is more related to the absolutely awful condition of my shoes (I don't wanna spend good money to replace them just to wear them out, and given they're only for treadmill and thus duct tape is fine, I just do that. So sue me xD).Anyway, including a photo of the rear of the shoe in question to illustrate just what these insoles are fighting against, and per my personal assessment, successfully. My feet aren't nearly as sore getting off and indeed, I don't spend most of my workout trying to distract myself from my burning calves (the way things stretch up the leg from the flat foot tends to evidence in the calves).It does the job wonderfully. I can't recommend them medically, but I will say that based on my personal experience with pretty severe flat-footedness (tight achilles tendon), it really has helped support the foot and prevent the fatigue associated with it.========================== Overall View: [😀] ==== - 😦🙁😐😊😀 + ==========================Media Used: I'll let the image speak for itself. Using those insoles, I can barely feel *this*.Red lines are an approximation of both the angle of the shoe, its original sole, and the blue is how it sits now. The short of it: The sole is worn down at least 1.5cm more on one side than the other, and therefore this is correcting for a pretty extreme angle of inward role on my feet. I need new shoes, true - but let my suboptimal, 65% duct-taped footwear offer some perspective on the effectiveness of these insoles.

These insoles help to provide support for long periods of standing and walking during work. The arch support is nice and high, creating a stable base. I like that the soles can be trimmed to size to fit my shoe perfectly. These insoles also help to support the ankle well to prevent shifting.
