I was having trouble staying on my feet for a long period and it was hard standing up after sitting for a period of time. My physical therapist had suggested these inserts and some stretches. Now walking and standing doesn't hurt anymore

Good value for the money. Even though they are a bit expensive, my podiatrist recommended these and they really help my feet feel better. It has arch support, but more important for me, it has a raised firm area just behind and under the center of the ball of my foot that helps with the specific problem my feet have (you'd have to talk to my podiatrist). They cost significantly more than the less expensive model, but I think they have been worth the money. They are well made, easy to trim and insert, stay in place, and will probably last a long time. Now I just need to buy more for my other shoes.

These insoles are much more comfortable and effective than my custom-made orthotic insoles. They provide good cushioning to my heels and ease the pain I have felt daily in my feet. I will definitely buy them again and am thankful for this excellent product.

I've tried many other products to help with my foot pain and these PowerStep insoles are the best I've tried by far. I take out the original insoles that come with my shoes and sneakers, and replace them with the PowerStep insole. I'm a men's 10.5 and so far, they fit perfectly in every single pair of shoes and sneakers that I've tried them in...From dress shoes to wear with my suit & tie at work, to my casual shoes, sneakers and hiking boots, they all fit great and make being on my feet so much more comfortable. Even my tennis shoes that I wear for running around and to play pickleball with, feel great. I'm only 60 years old and I honestly don't think I could handle the foot pain of trying to run around on the court without them...I even have a pair that I keep in my slippers to wear around the house. As soon as I try to walk around barefoot or with just socks on, my feet start to hurt, so these are literally a lifesaver for me.They wear well, but they don't last forever and their lifespan depends on how hard you are on them... The ones I use in my house slippers will last at least a year, but the PowerStep insoles I put in my pickleball tennis shoes and run around in, will usually last me an average of 3-4 months. Just for reference, I'm 6' tall and 195 lbs. Obviously a heavier person might wear them out quicker than a lighter person...

I bought these to replace worn out custom made orthotics. These are more comfortable, last longer and are much less expensive. Highly recommended.

The metatarsal support is very much welcomed by my tired and achy 60 year old feet and toes. Have been using Power Step for a couple of years. The Pinnacle Plus is very helpful for feet with low arches without causing the terrible heel calluses that my custom made orthotics did.

Needing to replace my 60$ Red Wing MaxStep pain relief orthotic inserts for my work boots I went with these slightly cheaper and different version. First of all the met support pads on this model took some getting used to. I was unable to wear them all day in my boot for the first week. I had to wear them for a few hours each day, increasing the time in them daily while my foot adjusted to the new support. They have medium arch support and as for the met support, now that I'm used to it I have to say I don't how I survived without it. As far as durability, I've only had these for a few months but the Red Wing version of these lasted about 8-9 months in work boots. I walk 7-9 miles, 5 to 6 days a week in an industrial environment in them and I have ZERO foot pain at the end of my days. I love them.

Having tried several brands to ameliorate my metatarsalgia, I found this product to be the best. I do not like the price tag of these insoles as they are mass produced, but aside from that, they seem to be helping. If there is another brand that offers a better, more lasting metatarsal pad, I'll be buying them.

Ill never buy anything else. I've bought these same ones for years, they have the best arch support (I have absolutely no arch)I walk on concrete floors all day in a warehouse and my feet are never sore. Worth the money!

I bought these so I don't have to keep swapping my expensive orthotic between shoes. The metatarsal pad is not as predominant as I was hoping but they are suitable for walking. I wouldn't attempt high impact sports using them. I would buy again for other non sports related shoes. Construction seems good.

These are soft and well-made, and I'm sure will work for some. However the heel padding is extremely thick, a feature which caused multiple problems for me. They caused my heels to pop out of some shoes and ended up putting more weight on the ball of my foot which only exacerbated my neuroma. Probably not the move if you have really high arches either.
