I recently purchased these insoles, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I put them in my shoes, I felt a noticeable difference in comfort. They provide excellent arch support, which has helped alleviate the foot pain I’ve been dealing with for months. The cushioning is soft yet supportive, making long hours on my feet much more manageable. I also love how they fit perfectly in all my shoes without feeling bulky. After wearing them for several days, I’ve noticed less fatigue and soreness. Highly recommend these insoles to anyone looking for extra support and comfort—definitely worth the investment!

## Metatarsalgia Miracle: My Feet Are Finally Happy! As a larger gentleman (tipping the scales at 230 lbs), finding comfortable and supportive insoles has been a lifelong struggle. I've battled metatarsalgia for years, and tried everything from expensive custom orthotics to flimsy drugstore inserts, with little to no lasting relief. That is, until I discovered these Metatarsalgia Insoles.Let me tell you, these insoles are a game-changer. From the moment I slipped them into my shoes, I felt a noticeable difference. The cushioning is incredibly plush, providing targeted support right where I need it most – under the ball of my foot. The pain I used to experience with every step has drastically reduced, and in some cases, completely disappeared. What truly sets these insoles apart is their durability. I've gone through countless insoles that flattened and wore out within weeks, especially given my weight. But these Metatarsalgia Insoles are built to last. They maintain their shape and support even after months of daily use. I’m honestly shocked at how well they’ve held up.And here's the kicker: these insoles are significantly more effective than the custom-fitted orthotics my doctor prescribed, which cost hundreds of dollars! I was skeptical at first, but the comfort and relief I've experienced with these affordable insoles have completely blown me away.I'm no longer wincing with every step. I can walk, stand, and even exercise without the nagging pain that used to plague me. These insoles have given me back my mobility and improved my overall quality of life.I'm so impressed with these Metatarsalgia Insoles that I'm planning to buy a pair for every shoe I own. If you suffer from metatarsalgia or any kind of forefoot pain, do yourself a favor and give these insoles a try. You won't regret it! Five stars, without a doubt.

The Cushwork Metatarsalgia insoles are very good and even appear to be superior to other insoles which I have used for metatarsal support at twice the cost. I will definitely buy again.

I bought these insoles for plantar fasciitis. As soon as as I started wearing them the pain became much less. Much less expensive than hand crafted orthotics with lots of arch support. Easy to get in any shoes that I’m wearing for any function. I highly recommend these .

I bought these for my metatarsal issues and arch support. I play a lot of soccer and these are exactly what I needed. They provide comfort and support and I couldn’t play without them now. I bought 2 more pairs for all of my sneakers.

I've tried 5 different insoles in the past few months from Amazon and one from a Facebook ad. Cushwork are the best. The red ones have a larger ball in the middle of the foot and the grey ones have a smaller ball. I prefer the grey ones but both are fantastic.I'm 6'0" and heavy at 320lbs and flat footed with a a size 15 foot. The cushwork largest size is 14.5 but it fits my foot with a little room to spare and they go in my shoes perfectly. I've tried this model (grey/silver) and another cushwork model that's red in color. The grey/silver is most comfortable to me I believe because I'm flat footed, if I had an arch at all I think the red would be best. I like both the cushwork insoles I have I just wish they explained the difference in the models better in their descriptions. The red has a taller more pronounced ball in the middle of the insole the grey is lower and not as pronounced. Would buy again and have already added another pair to my cart. I put the red pair in my schnee Beartooth boots and that made a world of difference. They soaked up some of the extra space which prevented blisters on my toes from walking downhill on steep inclines and provided a ton more cushion than the factory insoles. It was a night and day difference from the first couple hikes I did with the factory insoles and the last few I've done with the cushworks. The other insoles I bought were:Superfeet at about $65 after tax and they are super thin and not much different than factory insoles the heel cup is solid and has a little arch support but not worth $65.Kinetic insoles, saw these on a FB ad and bought them they are trash don't remember what I paid I think it was $39 plus shipping and tax for 2 pair. Ordered them because they had actual size 15's which are hard to find. I think these said size 12-15 but they're a 14 max had a whole toe longer than the insole and they're thin no cushion just like a factory insoles would not buy again.Neupu insoles from Amazon I bought I think their max size was 14.5 and they are true to size. I wish they made 15s but the cushworks are still more comfortable with the neupu being a close 2nd. I was able to use them in my hey dudes which claim to be a size 15 but fit like a 14-14.5. if I found them in a 15 I would buy again to try in my work shoes.FeelLife I can't remember if these were 15s or more 14.5s but they're ok at best I put them in my work shoes and they are slightly better than factory, but if I had to actually walk all day on concrete instead of 4-5 hrs I wouldn't make it. I wouldn't buy another pair. They don't seem wide enough but they do fit and give a little cushion.

Before purchasing these (twice), I was having difficulty walking any distance at all without the pain from Morton’s neuroma in my left foot. I noticed an immediate improvement after inserting these into my shoes. I have since found that I can walk up to 5 miles with no pain. They have made a definite improvement in my quality of life. The only downside is if I stand too long in one place. There is a constant pressure in the arch that is noticeable if I stand for too long. But, for walking, they are wonderful.

I bought a few pairs of these based on reviews, but they simply do not help with ball of foot pain. They create a high arch, which I don't have a problem with.I gave it a good month or so because I felt maybe I had to get used to them, I'm a chef on my feet all day on hard floors, these just don't take the pain away from my foot.

No cons to these - I'm shocked that my knee pain has decreased so much so fast. They are perfectly sized (no need to cut to fit). I thought the bump wasn't placed in the right spot and seemed to be under the arch instead of closer to the toes - but it still works. I did get nerve pain but very briefly. Will throw all my others out and since the price is so good, will buy one for my other shoes.

These insoles are the complex kind and they are made from lots of layers and different fabrics, to provide support for some types of foot problems. The quality is there, everything is neat, no strings no glue no flaws. The heal is supported in a firm rigid cup (yellow part in the pictures) and it is padded by various layers. The rigid cup follows the length of the foot up to about the middle of the length. The meta tarsal and toes area is not enclosed any more in the rigid area. They sit on soft fabrics. So if one needs to trim the insoles for length, they can do so.There is a round pad (soft ) on top of the insoles to help lift and support the arch of the foot. Unfortunately for me that is the part that doesn’t fit, but I guess is might be just my particular foot shape. Or it could be that the insoles are a bit too big for me, and the anatomical structures are stretched in length , because the foot is slightly shorter than the insole. This is the reason why I deducted one star.So my advice is, buy these insoles according to your foot size, and do not count much on trimming much for length. It is possible to trim the insoles, but the arch support might end up sitting too much forward and becoming uncomfortable.Thank you
