They are basic shoe liners. Nothing special. The panels on the bottom don’t make a difference for your arch. I returned item.

Dr. Scholl's SOFT CUSHIONING INSOLES for SneakersIt's not super easy to see in the pictures, but these otherwise pretty basic sneaker insoles have extra arch support. I use them in my Vivaia dressy flats because they are nice and thin but have good cushioning and that bit of extra arch support that you don't usually get in dress shoes. This is the second pair I've purchased and I will purchase them again eventually when these ones wear out.

I needed something to replace the liner in my boots with. I chose this style as I thought it'd be comfortable and it's like walking on a cloud. It was super easy to cut it down size 6 which I needed. Went for a hike in my boots yesterday and my only regret is not having ordered these sooner!

I'm sure these are great just not what I wanted. These add drop and have a weird plastic arch support spring. I feel like these would be really comfortable for normal people though. But I'm a barefoot enthusiast and I stay with zero drop and only want ultra thin insoles. These are squishy soft and too "comfortable" for what I want. I need to be able to feel the texture of the floor/ground through my shoes and insoles and these are not that. Keeping them to give away since I'm sure someone I know would like them.

I happen to pick the right size and they fit perfectly in my winter boots. Very comfortable. I've removed a star only because I feel I may need to renew them sooner than I was expecting.
