High quality smooth paper that is good for mixed media (I used pencil, pen, acrylic marker, and watercolor.) Paper is thick enough that the pen and markers don’t bleed through. Only criticism is for some reason the pencil doesn’t erase as completely as other sketchbooks I’ve had do.Paper is strong; while water does warp it, I was able to do several passes with my wet brush with no degradation or ‘pilling’ of the paper.The attached photo is what I mean when I say the water warps the paper. This is the back of the page after applying many layers of watercolor to the frontOverall great sketchbook for the price. Will be buying again.

My daughter can't get enough of drawing and sketching, it's her favorite past time and this is the book she picked for teh size and ease of use. She likes the coils too, for her it's easier to fill the pages with them instead of book binding.

I was really pleased with the paper quality! The cover is also very strong and thick, perfect to protect the paper. Honestly for the size and quality I highly recommend :)

I prefer the ringed type of sketch book because it can be opened flat. Took this to Europe with me and found it nice to draw and write in. Heavy cover kept things nice and flat. It is a good product.

Got this to create designs for pottery, and I use a felt pen in my sketches. What I loved is that the ink did not bleed through the page (they're nice and thick), and the book is bound securely with a metal coil spine.

The paper was a good weight. The only downside is it is not perforated to tear out easily
