Had expected more options : i.e. manual progression, zoom, individual slide editing, size and speed settings. A more comprehensive user manual would be nice . . . . .We used this strictly as a photo album -- on display -- now find our 10-inch Samsung tablet actually serves our purposes better . . .

The frame is adequate, but not great. The biggest problem for me is the lack of an IPS screen, which means it really only looks good when you're directly facing the screen. Even fairly small viewing angles drastically reduced the image quality and brightness. I had to abandon my original wall mounting location because it looked bad from so many parts of the room. There were also a few minor issues: the documentation is terrible (doesn't explain the configuration options or remote buttons) and it would be nice to have more control over the picture order. I think I found a way to shuffle them, at least. I also haven't found an effective way to request "next photo" from the remote. The ">>" and ">>|" and arrow keys don't always do the trick for me. And the hanging slits in the back are not shaped in a way that works with any screws I own. It's a little strange to "screw" that up. So I used the included mount, but it's overkill and makes the frame stick out several inches from the wall. Still, the frame has some nice features (such as motion sensing) and it looks OK in the new location, so I'm giving 3 stars and planning to keep it.

I loved the item with the way the item was received. It's like a perfect gift wrap. Picture and video quality is amazing. No issues to report. Great item to have for cherishing your memory. It ran continuously for more than 48hrs and didn't see any heating issues. Love this item and will highly recommend
