These were a Christmas time hit in our family. All of the kids had to open them instantly and everyone was playing along. The kids had so much fun. The instruments are great quality, and my favorite part is that the sound is subtle.

This is an adorable and very well-made early childhood set of primarily wood. Most of the instruments are percussion, with the exception of the tiny "clarinet". Each piece is smooth and free of anything that could poke. There are a total of nine different instruments so Little One can experiment and begin to develop finer motor development. I love the pastels and high tactility of this set and the fact that there are no flashing lights or electronic parts. This set comes with a handy storage bag and everything is easy to sanitize. Buy with confidence!

Introduction to music for toddlers was well thought out here. The wood is very smooth, well made, and of quality. The sounds made are very clear, and while not precise for actual notes, does make for fun all the same. The variety is great from triangle to drum, etc. The make has been safe so far with no cracks or damaged parts. The size was well done to fit smaller hands easily, and the collection stores easily in a storage box (not included). The gift of music like this was very affordable and I was impressed with how quickly the children played with it.

An exciting purchase for baby to play with! Music is very important to our family so we are excited to learn together.Right now, I think I am more interested in the instruments than our baby, but he may be too young to play along. He does shake the maracas, those are his favourite! When he gets older, I am sure he will be able to play with more of the instruments

Our grandson loves this musical set! My daughter says that my grandson is especially drawn to the tambourine right now, but he is expanding his horizons! We got this set for him because we, as well as our daughter and son-in-law firmly believe it is important to encourage an interest in music, and the sooner the better! This set arrived promptly, and at the height of the Christmas season!

Little ones absolutely adore these toys for all the various sounds they can make.The manufacturing quality is good with no rough or sharp edges so you don't need to worry about cuts or scratches. Each toy has a good unique sound which are helpful for trying to teach various instruments, and eventually notes.Only concern I might have is with the castanets that if a child can open their mouth too wide it could be a problem - Everything else is very child safe at least.

This kit contains 8 different instruments suitable for younger toddlers: Maracas, castanet, tambourine, triangle, single note recorder type thing, 8 note xylophone, jingle bells, and a wood sounder.All of the items work pretty reliably, and they only that I would consider intrinsically annoying is the little horn, which the listing is calling a clarinet (but obviously is not). All of the instruments sound about like what you might remember from early elementary school music classes, if you were fortunate enough to have those programs. The little xylophone is reasonably clear and surprisingly, more or less in tune.The little ones were reasonably interested, and Iâm sure that interest will grow. The jingle bells seem to be the favourite so far.

this is a wonderful set where all the pieces are beautiful and work well. Iâve reviewed a similar musical pack for a different product, and the notes werenât quite perfect. I know expert and I didnât bother me that much when I reviewed that one because I figured donât really care that much about that thing. However, by contrast this is actually perfect and I appreciate that it even has the notes listed. In future reviews, Iâll pay more attention to those details so that when you have an exceptional product, you can highlight thatâand this set is exceptional. I also appreciate that the pieces come with a bag for putting everything in. I would like it if there was also a smaller bag for the triangle pieces to go in. It comes in a plastic bag, but then thereâs not a bag to put it in after having taken it out from the plastic. Other than that one minor suggestion, this set is incredible and a perfect gift for a music-loving toddler!

I ordered this Baby Musical Instruments set for when our grandchildren visit and to take their favourite instruments back home. I believe it is essential to introduce music to children at a young age. One of our children wanted to learn music in high school, and we discovered that this child is gifted in music.This musical instrument set is suitable for introducing a young child to percussion instruments. While most sets include a xylophone, tambourines, and maracas, this set also includes a wooden block, a triangle, handbell, and a castanet. The last item in the set looks like a woodwind instrument. Although advertised as a clarinet, it is a horn with a monotonic squeaker in the end.While this seems to be priced on the high side, wood has doubled in price since 2020, and musical instruments are not inexpensive. I had gotten a relatively similar set months ago. There are some slight differences, with this one having one extra piece - castanet for just $2.00 more for this set.In my opinion, the real value is introducing the child to music early for their development and enjoyment.
