Because I have high arches, I have difficulty getting my feet in all cowboy boots that I buy. Put these in for a day or two and they stretch enough to get my foot in! Cannot live without these boot stretchers.

These are the first shoe stretchers that I've ever used. My feet are very tall and I often can't get my foot into a shoe even though the length is right because of how high the top of my feet are. I got some awesome doc martens on sale and followed the guidance on sizing. I could barely get my feet into the shoes, they are a good length but man they are tight across the top to the point of pain. I left these things in the shoes for 48 hours and kept cranking them up slowly. The shoes were still a little tight in one spot so I added the little expander to each one and left it for another night. The boots are super comfy now and returning them would have meant I lost the 100$ savings that I got them for. Very happy with these stretchers and glad I have them in case I find more tight top shoes since it's a common issue for me.EDIT: beware metal shavings coming off this thing, the worst place to get tiny metal shavings is in your shoes and I had to use a bunch of tape to get them out of my boots! Still like that they worked...don't like that they are made of some soft metal like aluminum and clearly should not be!

I apparently have a high instep, as the vamp in shoes that otherwise are the right size often don't fit because the vamp digs into the top of my foot. I recently ordered some shoes, and every single pair had the same [problem: the vamp was too low, making the shoes uncomfortable to the point of unwearable. I ordered these vamp lifter stretchers without much hope they'd actually work, and added a couple of bottles of shoe stretching spray. To my surprise and delight, the vamp lifters actually work, stretch the shoes through the problem area, and I can now wear the shoes. My only issue is that there's a small black "saddle" that fits over the vamp lifter once it's in the shoe, but is not attached to anything. It provides extra lift and shaping. I can see that these could easily be lost, as there's no way to fasten them to the actual appliance. That said, this is a great product for a great price!
