I use it as thumb tape for my Olympic lifts. It will last the whole workout and even difficult to take off at the end haha

It’s just not good. Rips after a few reps, leaves huge amount of glue residue everywhere, the material is very cheap too

The price and quality of this tape is a 10/10. You get three roles it’s easy to wrap around thumbs for hook grip and doesn’t require scissors to cut can rip it. Also very sticky so stays put for entire lifting session. 10/10 recommend

This tape is a little more narrow than most and not as thick, making it much easier to choose the coverage you like. It doesn’t bunch up or slip off like some of the thicker tapes. Plus, pink with skulls!!

Good thumb tape to help while using hook grip. Didn’t peel off when sweating heavily, nor did it roll up. When finished my workout tape came off relatively easy but left residue on thumbnail (see photo). Overall good tape at an okay price compared to others. Wish there were “normal” colour ways though.
