I found the provided 3/8"-16 x 1/2" bolt to be too short. I also found the vehicle's original battery terminal bolt connector was also a bit too short, making it hard to work with.As a result, I purchased two a 3/8"-16 x 3/4" bolts and a washer so this device could properly fit into a GM Battery 'Internal' Post while holding the negative terminal.The contraption works very well at providing a quick and easy battery disconnect.

Il faut seulement faire attention de ne pas essayer de séparer les deux parties car c'est retenue par une petite pièce de plastique fragile. Sinon ça fonctionne très bien.

Unexceptional, but that's what makes it good.Barely anything more than 2 copper strips sandwiched with plastic and connected by the screw, which is copper (or Copper plated at least) when screwed down all the wayBUT, this is not a switch! Do NOT buy this if you want a switch for an individual circuit: eg, lights, horn, etcWhat this IS though is a battery isolator... Plop this on the negative terminal and when unscrewed, the battery is isolated from the chassis ground on your vehicle... And for this, it's great!
