Your cart is empty.The BHA 5" x .045" x 7/8" Cutting Disc for Aluminum is designed with a proprietary blend of aluminum oxide and silicon carbide abrasives which resists loading that often occurs when cutting softer metals. Each disc is ultra thin to cut quickly while reducing material loss but also fiberglass reinforced for safety and strength. These cutting discs are made to be used on an angle grinder and are ideal for slicing aluminum, brass, bronze, copper and other non-ferrous soft metals.

good value. They don't last as long as the expensive brands, but they are a fraction of the price, so these make good business sense.

Had a lot of custom 1/4" width spacers and collars to cut from a 3/4" OD Aluminum tube, and did not look forward to doing it on my small band saw. Then I found out about these cutting wheels, and bought some for my cut-off saw. Zapped them out fairly quickly with fairly reasonable clean up of the edges. The disk edge looked good and was ready to do much more. The only regret is that I bought 25 to get "1", and wish they came in smaller sets, which I tried to find, but could not. I never expect to have to buy any more!!!

These fit my angle grinder well and spun true. I use them to cut small diameter copper tubing and they work well with just a little cleanup required on the cut.

These are very durable and don’t load up with aluminum or zinc, these take more flex than most thin cutting blades, great buy.
