Straight from the box, new and never used, the metal "tapping" disk was not attached to the tool. It had fallen off. I had to re-glue it in place. Also, one of the sanding paper disk is well glued but not properly centered in place.Power production and lack of Quality Assurance.

I like this cue tip shaper but I'm disappointed just on one thing I thought was possible to do. The burner part is not perfectly efficient for tips smaller than 12.5 mm, the deepest part of the slot is not narrow enough to do a good job on that level. The tool would deserve a 5 star rate if it were design to do all ranges of cue tips sizes. So the description you give would be complete and right if that important detail was mentionned.
