Instructions only provided for the electronics in questionable English. Understandable, obvious and slightly funny. Good product so far, two days use. Wish the trays were a bit larger, but workable. Decent product for the beginner. Wish helpful hints for planting the seeds were included. Had to search Y-Tube for the helpful hints. Overall, a decent result for the money.

I had originally planned to use these for my seed starts next year but hastily ordered and underestimated the size. These are perfect however for my onion starts. Each tray holds 40 starts and that equals 160 starts total, which is right around the same amount of onions I usually start each year. The trays are sturdy, and the domes have dual ventilation and humidity control.The lights are easy to snap in and control and allow me to use one of two lights or both at the same time. You can not program different times for each light though, which is unfortunate. It offers 4 different times, but skips over the 8h time leaving 3h,6h,12h,18h. I would have preferred 6,8,12,18 hour timers as they make the most sense. 6 for minimal, 8 for standard, 12, for growing, and 18 for maximum effect. The built in timer also doesn’t work with a plug in timer meaning you need to use the built in timer to have them turn on automatically.I like the shape of the domes as they allow the outer cells to grow to equal height unlike my curved domes that the outside plants touch the dome first.I like the seed starter kit, but the built in timer control is the biggest downside for me. I start a lot of seeds and with having so many different lights its nice to queue them all together, and control them with a smart plug(s). These however, won’t work that way.

This is a brilliant all-in-one seed starting tray, great idea to have one setup for all that I need to start my seeds. the seed tray comes with a humidity dome, light, reservoir tray, labels, Gloves, and small shovels, I mean what else do I need to get started.I like that I can alternate between the lights instead of having them to light up at the same time, the built-in timer makes things easier as well. I also liked that the dome has groves for the light to seal them on so that they don't move, the light comes with some dimming option, which is greatly needed during the early seed starting phase.Although I like it, the material it was made from is not that great, sturdy but it feels more on the cheaper side, I do have the same setup but only 9 cells tray with better materials.Overall it is a great and complete product to seed starting,*** This product was received for free under Amazon Vine program

The trays are blow molded and decent quality for the price. The lights work well and the spectrum seems to be good.
