The quality of the dome itself is good, but I’m giving this one star because of the heating mat. Even at the lowest temperature setting, it got so hot that it melted the plastic of the dome. That’s unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Definitely not what I expected

Very sturdy, solidly built humidity dome. I've had difficulty germinating spinach seeds for hydroponic growing but this dome took care of that. All the seeds germinated and are growing nicely.

It's good quality. I wish I had something like this years ago. The side vents make it a lot easier for air flow through the entire hood at variable amounts.Cheaper domes have either no or just top vents. The tray and insert is great - I haven't needed the insert yet as I'm using 2x 72 size 6 packs. I will probably use this to start 40 cool wave plugs in late Jan and then 40 wave petunias in March using the insert. Both plants would love a plug size this tray offers for probably 6-8 weeks.If anything I wish I got a bigger one.

I don't regret buying this. I bought just the basic box without the lights and it's great for clones, and for starting my seeds. Combining this with a heat mat made my seedlings vary happy.

I heard some complaints about the large size, so bought the medium kit. I have purchased several types of humidity domes, some quite expensive and I wasn't happy with them. The AC infinity medium kit is the perfect humidity dome. I now have 4 of these. Build quality is excellent, lights are very bright, attach to the dome, and are very efficient (LM301H EVO!). Accessory package is impressive as well. They are more expensive then other domes, but are worth every penny.
