Great wax seal. Simple to install after you’ve disconnected water lines, removed toilet and cleaned up previous wax. I had a seal problem which caused the bathroom to constantly smell like urine. Once installed correctly, it functioned just as described. The cost was pretty good for the quality so I’m overall satisfied. Def recommend

Great ring, but I wish it came with longer bolts that could be trimmed. I had to buy longer bolts to make it work properly.
