So I have a set of shockz also wich sound way way better but I would not even want to swet in them let alone swim. I have only used these headphones working out and yes being morbidly obese I swet.Hopefully I will just be obese soon and these headphones go all the way with me (that just don't sound right) on this journey. For working out in the gym they are loud enough. There is not much bass and I like to work out to the oldies like ACDC, and Eddie and David Lee well just about anybody from 80s and I find bass lacking. I cannot adjust the bass as I only use mp3 player so I don't have to truck phone around with me as I would leave it on a machine I am sure. I will try tonight in swimming pool and see how they work and if they give outWe do 3 nights of workout 2 nights of swimming. And I never new you could swim with them on (should have kooked at box a bit better ) but daughter was reading instructions as even with glasses on I could not read them (see them). Any hoot I will update how they work just before the return date closes cause if they fail they will be going back. Oh and ya they fit comfortably (reminds me have to put some Pink Floyd on these puppies) and I don't run on treadmill yet but am at fast walk and they stay on. I have had nobody complain that they are to loud but most have earbuds in likely with Noise canceling. So they can't hear and out side sounds anyway.

These bone-conduction headphones are a solid choice for swimmers and outdoor sports enthusiasts, but they come with some drawbacks.Pros:Bluetooth Connection: Very fast and reliable, making it easy to pair with devices.Underwater Sound Quality: Excellent for underwater use, with sound quality at a solid 9/10 in the pool.Music Transfer: Simple and effective, no issues encountered when transferring files to the built-in 32GB MP3 player.Accessories: The included carrying pouch is a thoughtful addition for storage and protection.Cons:Fit Issues: The headset is too large for many women, which causes it to fall off the ears frequently, making it less practical during vigorous activities.Mic Quality: The microphone seems functional, but it hasn't been tested extensively, so I can't fully evaluate its reliability.Shower Use: This feature is untested, though its IP68 rating suggests it should handle it well.Overall, these headphones perform well for swimming and other water-based activities, but the sizing issue might be a dealbreaker for some users. If you can confirm the fit works for you, they're worth considering.

These are great headphones for swimming! Purchased them to help while doing laps in the pool. They fit comfortably and stay in position well, even when swimming. Work exceptionally well when close to your phone, or when using mp3 mode. Clear sound above and in water. Being underwater does decrease the bluetooth capabilities, so have to stay somewhat close to phone - tested it and worked fine within a pool's length (phone at center of distance) and within 30 feet of the boat on the lake. Can be a little finicky with signal if head is underwater and too far from phone, but mp3 mode fixes that problem. Very happy with purchase!

I got the Openear Waterproof Headphones mainly for swimming, but I haven't taken them for a swim yet. They seem like they'll be comfortable for swimming, running, or biking. The fit is solid and feels built for activity. The sound quality is pretty good. There's not a ton of bass, but it has this cool effect where it feels like the sound is coming from around you instead of directly from the headphones. It makes for a fun listening experience. In the box, you get earplugs and two charging cables, which is awesome. One of the best features is the built-in MP3 player with an SD card slot. This is super handy since Bluetooth doesn't work well underwater. You can just load up a playlist and start swimming. So far, I'm really liking these headphones. The battery life is good and lasts a long time with constant use. Overall, they seem like a solid buy for anyone needing good waterproof headphones.

Edit: they stopped working during my second swim (three days after my first swim). Had to return, but returns were easy. Now that I have them working, which took a minute, they seem great! I’ll be trying them in the pool soon, so stay tuned for an update.Note (to avoid my confusion over it yelling “pairing” at me for ages): they are Bluetooth, so before starting anything, go to your Bluetooth connections on your mobile phone and find and select S18, this will cause it to pair. If you don’t want to use Bluetooth, double click the power button and it will switch to MP3. To use the MP3 functionality, I downloaded my Apple iTunes music then dragged and dropped those files to the device file, without difficulty or modification. Both Bluetooth and MP3 functions worked great for me.The packaging of the product is excellent. They provide a spare charging / data cord and a carry case. I am impressed at the value of the product for the price!

Once I got the MP3's loaded (which took some work ... not because of the headset just converting files) this headset worked beautifully. The bluetooth connection was easy and has decent range. The sound is clear and loud enough in the water. It did take a little finesse to get it to sit properly with a swim cap and googles but I was comfortable after I got it all set up. Happy with the purchase and the price point.UPDATE: After 5 uses one of the sides stopped working and emits a crackling sound. Unfortunate and I'm not sure how to go about trying to get a replacement.
