About this item

  • 100-percent natural, made from renewable resources
  • Soil moist mat stores and releases water as necessary
  • Pre-formed to fit 30-inch window basket

Made by Bosmere who has been supplying quality garden tools and accessories since 1979. Bosmere's replacement coco liners are 100-percent natural, holds soil in the basket but lets water and air circulate. Pre-formed to fit 30-inch window basket. Each liner comes with a Soil Moist mat that holds up to 32-ounce of water. Soil Moist mat works like a sponge; it soaks up excess moisture and then releases into the soil as the soil dries out. This results in healthier plants and better blooms. Made from renewable resources.

These fit my deck baskets perfectly. These are nice and deep and seem to be well made. I could not find anyone selling a deep enough liner for my baskets. These are just right. They include a liner that goes at the bottom. Time will tell if they last more than one season but to date i am really happy with the fit and thickness.

These basket liners are made incredibly well. They’re thick and they give good height in the baskets. I have you some from multiple years now and they last for months and months without falling apart, or the birds staring them up. You won’t be disappointed.

Others ordered were thin and almost too small for the container .. this one more expensive but thick and larger to better keep the dirt in

Wish they were more uniform in the whole of the basket but they are not. Some areas are literally see through and dirt falls right out. I fixed that by using a layers of ground Black paper you use under paving stones so weeds dont grow out. Works well and a super cheap fix. These are very hard to find so if that’s my only issue, these are just fine for the cost. They are quite large and my McGyver hubby used plastic zip ties to hold them in place and it worked great. Minimal complaints and easy fix, heck, an old grocery store bag would do.They look great and well now see how many seasons I’ll get from them. All in all, happy. Will put up photos when flowers are in.Definitely get them as they are hard to find especially in these sizes and when I have been lucky enough to find them at a garden centre they are easily 3 x the price! I can live with a few small holes for that price difference, FIXABLE holes at that!

These have been great for the balcony/porch of our floating home. Sitting on the water in a marine environment you get used to things wearing out much quicker than on land but these have done really well. I've replaced 6 that have been in place 3 or so years and they likely could've continued on, but my flower choices weren't fairing well in the marine atmosphere and I finally decided to start from scratch with new soil, so it was easier just to chuck all the old with the liner and start fresh. FYI - I ended up going with ice plants as succulents do great in the salty air and tolerate the intense southerly sun they get in the afternoons - so far so good.Do know that some of these liners are cheaper, thinner and more poorly made than others. I've had other brands that essentially get a hole from your thumb pressing through as you place it and fill it with the soil. These have all been very sturdy with a tighter weave than others. I didn't puposely pick this brand - it is what I could get with prime shipping to my area. However, they're more sturdy than many others I've used before.

Pricy compared to similar at Homedepot, although they seem to be a tighter fibre, may last longer than two years that I got from the Homedepot coco's.
