Organic Broccoli Sprouting Seeds:
Organic Broccoli sprouting seeds produce sprouts that contain vitamins, minerals, and high amounts of sulforaphane, a compound thought to have powerful cancer fighting properties. Broccoli sprouts take only a few days to grow, and are easily digestible.

Simple Sprouting Instructions:
SOAK – Put 1-2 Tbsp. seed in a wide mouth jar. Cover jar with sprouting lid. Add water, swirl, and drain. Add 1 cup cool water and soak for 1-2 hours. (Soaking longer than 2 hours may cause it to loose germination). Drain well.
RINSE – Twice a day, refill jar with cool water, gently swirl, and drain very well by tapping. Invert jar and prop at an angle in a sink or bowl.
ENJOY – Ready to eat in 4 to 5 days. Refrigerate to store. (Sprouts store best when they are fairly dry- do not store immediately after rinsing).

About Organic Seeds:
★ What are organic seeds? An organic seed is an unaltered seed that comes from a purely raised plant with no genetic modification and that has not been affected by chemical applications or additives.
★ Because organic growers are not permitted to use synthetic pesticides on their plants, the plants naturally become adapted to withstand pests and other natural enemies such as harsh weather. They have to, in order to defend themselves.
★ When organic seed is used, the plants have that intrinsic strength. In other words, the flavour, colour, nutrition, and natural defenses are naturally bred into the seed.

Appreciated the instructions on the bag, and I found the germination rate for this product excellent. Price wise it was in line with the brand I can get locally, except that the store I use is usually sold out. Makes this, delivered to my door, an excellent solution.

I liked the amount of return,1 tablespoon is enough in a quart sealer,I put 2 tablespoons in and it was jam packed.

Company suggested only soaking seeds for 2 - 4 hours instead of overnight and that works. Had a full jar of sprout in 5 days. Also, I do not keep in dark, just in a room that is not near a window until day 5 and then they are placed in a window without direct sunlight for the eight hours b4 harvesting.

What can I say. Broccoli sprouts are one of the best foods available to most of us when used in ahome sprouting system.

I was so excited to grow these broccoli sprouts this spring, unfortunately after 3 tries, they have turned out mouldy (have a stench in both the jar snd tray) as-well they are not all sprouting at same time, leaving more than half of them still being hardly out of the shell while the rest are almost ready. I’ve grown other brands without this problem before so I'm extremely disappointed.

I've been buying broccoli sprout seeds for years. This brand definitely has a higher percentage sprouting than any of the others I've tried.
