I bought some hook and look pads by accident instead of the roll lock versions and had to find an inexpensive grinder adapter to use them. This one fit the bill so took a chance and ordered them. Compared to my 3M ones, it is not in the same league, but it works. The pad stays on fine and if you keep it centered on the holder, vibration is minimal. So far am quite pleased with them.
