I use it to keep my heat press clean when sublimating. Works well, doesn’t burn and my shirts turn out great without getting old ink on it.

I watched a cooking video using this . So I ran right to Amazon and bought it. Although I have nothing to compare it to, it works perfectly. I've wrapped 2 briskets on the smoker with this paper and they turned out wonderful!

I love using butcher paper in the final few hours of smoking a pork butt! If you’ve been using foil, then you’re missing out on one of the best-kept secrets in barbecue. The paper breathes and produces a beautifully dark bark. You can’t get results this good with foil. My only complaint is I wish the roll was wider and longer. But this is great paper if you’re just looking to try something new.

I was in need of butcher paper as I have started smoking in a pellet smoker, and didn't like using foil. This paper has worked perfectly in smoking my briskets, pork ribs and any other meats I have used. It does not come with a dispenser or a way to cut it, so you will need to cut it yourself, but has been great otherwise

If you bbq you need this for Brisket and other types of meat. Good price and very durable. Even used it as placemats when we had a messy bbq diner allowing for east cleanup.

didn't use this for wrapping meat, so can't attest to how well it does that job.used it for charcuterie board instead - just taped it down onto a table, and that worked really well! MUCH cheaper that a big wooden board, and has the same aesthetic! made for super easy cleanup too!

Have only used the paper once, but worked very well in my smoker. Wrapped up the meat quite well, decent thickness, although I would not call it heavy duty, but stood up to 3 hours of smoking without falling apart or leaking. Seems to be a lot on the roll also.
